Please note: If the fonts or images show up wonky, it might mean that you don't have access to those elements in your membership level of Canva. Simply change the element with a free element provided by Canva.

We recommend using a paid Canva account to edit these. If you only have a free account, that's fine, but you may need to change or remove some of the elements or images. 1.) Customize these with your own name, branding, colors, fonts and images.

2.) Flatten them / Save as a PDF.

3.) Use them with your own clients or members. Do not give them away. They must be part of a paid program.
